I posted on the next door neighborhood app looking for a local ac company to come check out my unit. The office messages me via fb telling me about their program. I schedule an appt. Here’s my review. Communication is A+, pricing is fair, technician (Nick) very knowledgeable and patient- explained everything. He even came back and brought me a gift bag and a $20 refund from the different $ discussed on the phone. These days communication and customer service are down the toilet. This company hasn’t given up on that and for that I’m a fan!! 10/10 recommend. Honest. Reasonable. Communicative. Look no further.

We worked with five different technicians over the two days of working with Custom Air Conditioning & Air Quality LLC. and everyone was very personable. Kris and Stephen came out for an initial cleaning and were very professional and knowledgeable in their work. They took the extra steps to make sure things were done correctly. On our follow up appointment we had our entire duct work replaced and three technicians got the job done in a timely manner and communicated throughout the day on their progress.

Aaron was so kind to come out and fix this thermostat in record time! He always does an excellent job no matter what you ask him to do. He is always willing and able (experienced). I highly recommend him to handle any type of air conditioning problem anyone may have!

The scheduled time was between 11 am and 1 pm. Robert was at my home by 11:15 am! His work was fast and efficient. He was kind and answered any questions I had. Robert was Knowledgeable and patient! I appreciate you guys coming out so quickly and getting the job done.
